Meet the Team

As a realtor with a J.D., Lindsay Fathallah, the founder of Port & Bay Real Estate Co., brings a unique skillset and perspective to residential real estate.  With a strong foundation in contract law and negotiations, and over seventeen years of real estate experience, Lindsay is able to expertly guide clients through the most complex transactions.  Lindsay has represented clients helping them buy and sell luxury property throughout the Metro Milwaukee area, Door County and vacation homes in Northern Wisconsin. As an attorney, Lindsay cultivated the professionalism, judgment, and attention to detail to serve the most discerning clients.  Having represented high profile clients, she operates with discretion to ensure the highest level of privacy for her clients.

Beginning with her personal home purchases and sales in the North Shore suburbs of Milwaukee, Lindsay has consistently analyzed the housing markets, trends, and new listings- making spot-on recommendations to friends and family. In 2020, Lindsay decided to combine her extensive legal experience with her passion for real estate in the Milwaukee area to launch Port & Bay Real Estate Co.-named loosely after her main cross streets in Mequon, Port Washington and Donges Bay, where she and her husband reside with their three children. Her goal- to elevate the Milwaukee residential real estate experience.
 
Lindsay earned her B.A. degree in both Journalism, with an emphasis in marketing, and Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.  She received her law degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison as well. Lindsay’s professional associations include the National Association of Realtors, Wisconsin Association of Realtors, Greater Milwaukee Association of Realtors, the State Bar of Wisconsin and Milwaukee Bar Association. When Lindsay is not working, she enjoys golfing in the summer and skiing in the winter with her friends and family.
