Meet the Team

Lindsay Fathallah, the founder of Port & Bay Real Estate Co., brings to the company fourteen years of real estate experience as an attorney. Lindsay has represented many Fortune 500 companies to complete sophisticated real estate transactions across the country, including in the retail, hospitality, and office sectors. She has also represented clients helping them buy and sell the most distinctive residential properties, including the purchase of a $6.75M penthouse condo in Chicago, purchases and sales of personal estates in Door County between $1M- >$10M, luxury homes and condos throughout the Metro Milwaukee area, and vacation properties in Northern Wisconsin.  As an attorney, Lindsay cultivated the transactional experience, professionalism, judgment, and attention to detail to serve the most discerning clients.  Having represented high profile clients, she operates with discretion to ensure the highest level of privacy for her clients.

Beginning with her personal home searches, purchases and sales in the North Shore suburbs of Milwaukee, Lindsay has consistently analyzed the housing markets, trends, and new listings- making spot-on recommendations to friends and family. In 2020, Lindsay decided to combine her extensive legal experience with her passion for real estate in the Milwaukee area to launch Port & Bay Real Estate Co.-named loosely after her main cross streets, Port Washington and Donges Bay, in Mequon, where she and her husband reside with their three children. 
 
Lindsay earned her B.A. degree in both Journalism, with an emphasis in marketing, and Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.  She received her law degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison as well. Lindsay’s professional associations include the National Association of Realtors, Wisconsin Association of Realtors, Greater Milwaukee Association of Realtors, the State Bar of Wisconsin and Milwaukee Bar Association.
