Port & Bay was founded to elevate Milwaukee's real estate experience and as an alternative to big-box brokerages.  As a boutique brokerage, our culture is centered on providing our clients with the personalized attention they deserve. Port & Bay is not built on volume transactions or recruiting the greatest number of agents.  Instead, we focus on understanding our clients' needs and pursuing them diligently to provide the best results. We are responsive, accessible, and personally involved in each transaction from start to finish. This varies from larger firms where client work may be delegated to  multiple individuals who have never met the client or seen their property.
